Fishers In The City from 1st August.

All our teams are raring to go and there will be no compromise when it comes to quality and service.
 
First and foremost will of course be the safety and health of our staff and our guests and you can be assured that we will be complying with all government requirements, regulations and standards as well as adding a few of our own.

One thing is very clear. Our core values relating to quality and standards will be as before. Our relationship with our local suppliers are precisely as they were and there will be no compromises when it comes to quality and continuing to serve the finest local produce.

The team is so excited at the prospect of re-opening and we simply cannot wait for the first guests to arrive. We greatly value your loyalty and support.

Wood panelling, huge mirrors, open fires and hearty satisfying food, The Shore Bar and Restaurant is situated right next door to Fishers Bistro and offers a totally enjoyable dining experience. The food is a creative mix of classic British dishes with a modern European twist. Live jazz musicians entertain customers on a Sunday.

"Amazing"  

Treated to a meal here from my bosses for my birthday. We were sat at a lovely table by the window, the waiting staff were lovely. Oysters were amazing! Will definitely be back for them at some point. Mains were brilliant, my monkfish was the best I've ever had. All in all love this place. Thanks for a lovely night!

Wonderful Service & Setting 

A great bar / restaurant with exceptional service and food. You are on the Leith Shore but inside you could be in France or Belgium. There is a separate restaurant section but the food is equally good in the bar.
